Our Process:
During our initial 60-90 min in home consultation, we develop a comprehensive design plan to address your needs and budget. Our scope of work is tailored to each project and client's needs whether large or small.
We are experienced with providing:
- Color consultations.
- Designer window coverings including curtains, shades and shutters.
- Furniture, flooring, paint, fabric, lighting and finish selections.
- Space plan using CAD for furniture layouts.
- Bathroom and kitchen remodel plans.
- 3D renderings.
- Sourcing as dictated by project with trade discounts.
- Project budgeting.
- End-to-end project management for the small update to large remodel project.
Our Fees:
During our initial 60-90 min in home consultation, we will develop a design fee estimate for the scope of work based on the anticipated number of billable hours. Our hourly charges are $100 for design services.
